How serviceability resolves

  1. Buyer enters a pincode at checkout.
  2. If you have an override on that exact pincode, it wins.
  3. Otherwise we pick the cheapest active zone rule whose zone contains the pincode (tiebreak: oldest rule wins).
  4. If no rule matches, the order shows as not serviceable.
